OKOWA APPOINTS ABULU FRANCIS AS (SA) SPECIAL ASSISTANT ON COMMUNITY AND YOUTH DEVELOPMENT

*Egbema people Hails Appointment*

Delta State Governor, Senator (Dr.) Ifeanyi Okowa has appointed Mr. Abulu Francis as his Special Assistant Youth and Community development.

Mr. Bekesuode Francis Abulu is the national president of a sociopolitical group, Delta Ijaw Youth Colligate and former member of the Delta State Land Use Allocation Committee. Until his appointment, he has served the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) at the state and local government level.

As a human right activist hail from Egbema, Warri North Local government area, Delta State, he distinguished himself as a youth leader, grassroot mobilizer and advocate of development.

Meanwhile, the appointment of Abulu Francis, which was greeted with great rejoicing and endorsement, both within the Egbema people across Warri North describing the appointment as well deserved and just reward for hard work and merit.

A Member of Warri North Ijaw Youth Council, IYC, Comrade Gandi Wisdom who lauded Governor Okowa for the confidence reposed in Abulu by elevating him to such an important position of responsibility, noted with joy that the appointment is an eloquent testimony to the fact that the State Governor has once demonstrated his vow to ensure that his appointments would be based on credibility, hard work and merit.
